Gratuity started as a small idea in January of Fiona’s junior year and has become the biggest project she’s ever taken on.

She and her crew were honored to win the Panavision New Filmmakers Program. With this award, they were granted a Panavision digital camera package at a significantly reduced price. This grant is given to aspiring filmmakers who show promise as future creators in the industry. Films supported by this program in years past include Napolean Dynamite and Requiem for a Dream.

Fiona and her team are also the proud recipients of the highest grant award ever given by the Women of Chapman Endowed Student Filmmaker Fund. The Women of Chapman is a vibrant group of philanthropic-minded women who are strongly dedicated to a program of service to Chapman University.

Gratuity is currently making its festival run, and is scheduled to publically debut in early 2025.
